We are moving fast… Very fast. Our days turn into weeks, weeks to months and months to years and we feel that we are sometimes stuck at a particular point and are not able to move ahead.. Hey! You are not alone, it happens to all.
I am not going to make this post long, beacause once you finished reading this, I want you to go to the nearby window and take 5 deep breaths- feel the moment don’t think anything…. Just feel the moment…
The Special one is you!
I like what Nick Wooster once said-
Bloggers and stores and publications and brands and houses all need to sort of take a deep breath and relax because no one is going away. The brands aren’t going away. The designers, bloggers, publications aren’t going away.
I don’t count my sit-ups; I only start counting when it starts hurting because they’re the only ones that count. –Muhammad Ali
So many things we only do based on our mood- and we hear a lot of them say – I don’t want to do things because there is no mood for it etc…
If the whole world would revolve around doing things as per the mood we would be doomed…
Imagine a pilot saying in the middle of the flight I am in no mood for flying and decides to leave the cockpit while in air. Or when a child is hungry and the mother tells the child I am not in the mood of giving you food.
In relationship we can call it ‘unconditional love’ or at business we can call it ‘stick with it’ or in normal language perseverence. Whichever area you talk about, the wisdom remains the same..
I think the quote in the beginning of this post by Muhammad Ali is enough to motivate us.
What is it that you will do today to push yourself beyond your limitations of “mood”??
Sometimes external situations in life may push you to pick up a job that you dont enjoy or it will push you to take risk, be creative, innovative and do the things you always wanted to do and earn your living from it.
But, why wait for external situations in life to decide your destiny? Ya, I understand- fear of failure, people’s judging opinions are all part of not having confidence to take the risk and doing something that you love. Irony is that people will judge you anyways, then why not do the things you love and then allow people to judge you and make opinions about you…
Let me help you out, just answer these two questions to yourself.
1. What do you really enjoy doing and you won’t mind doing it for the rest of your life?
2. What is the only job you would do if your life depended on it?
“When I started counting my blessings, my whole life turned around”. – Willie Nelson
Gratitude has always been a bridge which has helped me to travel from where I was to where I wanted to be. I realized that the more I am grateful, more comes my way to be grateful for. Over 8 years I have kept a gratitude journal and when I look back it amazes me to see that the things which were not a reality in my life back then, today they are. Lot of the credit goes to the power of Gratitude.
What are you going to be grateful for today?
Tips to write your Gratitude journal.
You can write it in your phone or do it an old fashion way of pen and paper. I have tried both and I would prefer pen and paper, but it’s good to try the other way too..
- Start writing down 5 things you are grateful for everyday.(over time you can increase it)
- Be consistent.
- Do it for 30 days continuously to see the difference in your life.
May you have a gratetul life ahead of you…..
What counts in life is not the mere fact that we have lived. It is what difference we have made to the lives of others that will determine the significance of the life we lead.— Nelson Mandela
As we work to create light for others, we naturally light our own way.— Mary Anne Radmacher
You may be wondering why do I keep you updated with the views which Imagination Breathing has received. I think it’s Important that you know that by your sharing through social media or by your comments on the page or by sending articles you are making a difference in someone’s life without even knowing whose life you are making an impact. I am deeply grateful to you. I have been receiving phone calls and emails telling me, “Paul, maybe I cannot write posts, but I will definitely share about Imagination Breathing”. I have received wishes from a 10 year old to 79 year old person, and that to me it the biggest gift of it all. I have received articles from different people for last few days to be published and I will do so, may be one or two articles in a day. I am a final year student myself and to balance my time between my studies and the blog is quite challenging, but I promise I will do it.
There have been suggestions coming in from different people asking me- if they can send Inspirational pictures, photos and videos (original). It’s a brilliant Idea, but I would like you’ll to do so after few months- for time being articles will be just fine.
I had a dream to make Imagination Breathing grow worldwide, but I had no idea it would happen so fast. Let me give you an over view of the site- Imagination breathing has been viewed approximately across 15 states in India, It’s also being viewed in 8 other countries such as South Africa, USA, Canada, Philippines, UK, Australia, Bulgaria and Ireland. Approximately 60 people watch it every day around the world . We are entering into our third week with over 600 views. If your insight is able to save or give hope to even one person out of the approximate 60 people who watch it every day. Our job is done.
I would like to end with a quote by Mother Teresa.
If you can’t feed a hundred people, then feed just one.— MOTHER TERESA
Thank you for all the love and support I am receiving. I wish you all the best.
Love and Regards:
