Old habits die hard, but let’s try.

It’s a second time that someone had to remind me to be aware, about not using the phone to do my personal work while having a face to face conversation with the other. I admire and respect the people who confront me face to face, and I am always grateful to them. According to me these are friends who want the best out of you and are not afraid to tell you few things which will help you to grow. I am grateful for having such friends in my life.

Now, there are two options either to feel sorry for what has happened or learn a lesson and be more aware of who is around you. I choose the send option. I believe even having a though of trying is half battle won.
Hey, am I the only one with this habit or are there people out there facing the same situation time and again? Lets be a support to each other on this journey , where social media is becoming such an important part of our lives, that we have forgotten what it is to have a respectful face to face conversation.
Hopefully this post will help all the people who are becoming more and more addictive to their cell phones or social media and realise that there is nothing like spending time face to face with another person.
