“Children see magic because they look for it.”
― Christopher Moore
“A great man is always willing to be little.”
― Ralph Waldo Emerson
I have been around my young nephews and niece and I was often baffled with their curiosity and a sense of wonder they carry with them as they move about the house. I am sure you too have noticed it in small children. “They sometime look at the same thing every single day, but they see the same thing with a spark of newness in their eyes”. They posses in them a spirit of freedom, which often inspired and challenged me.
Well, well we all possessed the skill of curiosity and a sense of wonder, but what happens to us, as we grow old? So today let’s take sometime and look around the house or at our workplace or see a particular situation and see it, as you has a child would see and relive your childhood qualities of curiosity and a sense of wonder. Share your experience or views in the comment section and continue to inspire lives.
“Grown-ups never understand anything by themselves, and it is tiresome for children to be always and forever explaining things to them”
― Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
“The soul is healed by being with children.”
― Fyodor Dostoyevsky
